Last updated: June 26, 2026

By using Cipher you agree to these terms. (Apple’s standard EULA also applies.)

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Cipher on your Apple devices, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms.

Subscriptions & purchases

Auto-renewal disclosure. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid year unless cancelled before it ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Request refunds through Apple.

Acceptable use

Use Cipher lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or the translation backend.

Translation accuracy

Machine translation can be imperfect. Cipher translates faithfully but does not guarantee accuracy; do not rely on it for legal, medical, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions without independent verification.

Disclaimer & liability

Cipher is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Contact: Info@boostmybiz.ai.
